Notice at collection
This notice tells you, at or before the point we collect it, what personal information we collect, where it comes from, why we use it, and how long we keep it. We collect only what is described here and do not use it for unrelated purposes without telling you.
| Category | Examples | Source | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| Identifiers | Full name, brokerage, phone number, email address, listing URL or property address, and your account password (stored only as a salted one-way hash, never in readable form) | You (our free-account and sign-up forms, calls, texts, emails) | 3 years from your last contact with us; longer if it becomes a customer or contract file (6+ years after the job finishes or the sale closes) |
| Inquiry details / commercial information | Your preferred video length, notes you add, listing photos and listing details you send us,, and the quotes, appointments, or services you ask about | You | 3 years from your last contact with us; 6+ years after the job finishes or the sale closes if you become a customer |
| Consent and preference records | For each of the three separate boxes (calls, texts, email): whether you checked it (yes/no), the exact wording shown, the date and time with time zone, the page address, the form name and version, your IP address and browser user agent; and any opt-out (STOP, unsubscribe, do-not-call, opt-out page) requests | You, and our form when you submit it | 5 years from your last contact with us; opt-out (STOP, unsubscribe, do-not-call) requests are kept permanently so we continue to honor them |
| Internet or other electronic network activity (technical data) | IP address, browser and device type, and timestamps | Automatically, by our website host when you visit or submit our form (our own form handler also adds the IP address and browser type to the lead email) | Per our website host’s published policies: Netlify keeps its system logs online for 90 days and offline for 1 year, and shows request and function logs in our account only short-term (about 24 hours to 7 days, depending on plan). The copy inside each lead email is kept with that lead (3 years; consent details 5 years from your last contact) |
| Audio and electronic information | Call recordings, transcripts, and call notes, if a call is recorded | Calls between you and us (including our AI voice assistant) | 5 years from your last contact with us |
Purposes. We use this information to:
- respond to your inquiry and schedule appointments, calls, or visits;
- send you marketing communications about your inquiry and our services by call (including AI, prerecorded, or automated voice), text message, and email, only where you have agreed or the law otherwise allows, and always with a way to opt out;
- prepare a quote and deliver the services you ask for;
- comply with the law and keep records, including records of your consent and opt-out choices;
- keep our website and systems secure and prevent spam and fraud.
Sale or sharing. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This website has no advertising pixels, analytics trackers, or tracking cookies.
DRAFT NOTE. Retention periods follow our record-retention defaults (pending attorney review). Website-host log periods are taken from Netlify’s published policies.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out our form, we collect your name, brokerage, phone number, email address, the listing URL or property address, your preferred video length, and any notes you choose to add. When you create a free account, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, and a password (we store only a salted one-way hash of the password, never the password itself), and optionally your brokerage and the offer you are interested in. For each of the three separate optional boxes (calls, text messages, and email), we also record whether you checked it, the exact wording shown to you, the date and time (with time zone), the page and form you used, your IP address, and your browser user agent (see “Your contact choices and our consent records” below). If you call, text, or email us, we collect what you share with us.
Calls. When you call us or we call you back, we may keep a recording, a transcript, and notes from the call (see “Calls, AI voice assistant, and recording” below).
Basic technical information. Like most websites, the servers that host and deliver this site and run our form handler may automatically log basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the date and time of your visit or submission. This website does not use third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies, and it does not set any cookies of its own. Its fonts and images are served from the site itself.
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, passwords, or dates of birth through this website or our calls, and we do not collect sensitive personal information. Please do not send it.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and contact you by phone, text message, or email about it (texts, AI or automated calls, and marketing emails only if you agreed or the law otherwise allows).
- To send marketing communications about our services by call, text, and email, with consent where required. Every marketing text lets you reply STOP, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To schedule appointments, calls, or visits, and to prepare a quote you asked for, and to deliver our services.
- To keep records of your request and of your consent and opt-out choices.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services, and to prevent spam and fraud.
- To comply with the law and protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
Listing photos and property information
When you order a video, you send us listing photos, a listing URL, and details about the property. We use them only to create, revise, and deliver your videos, and we do not sell them. Our video production tools process them for us as service providers [VIDEO GENERATION PROVIDER(S) TBC, currently Manus]. The people shown in our videos are AI-generated; we do not use photos of real people to create them. If a listing photo shows a person, tell us and we will avoid it or blur it. [ATTORNEY TO CONFIRM]
Free account sign-up
To get a free sample video or a discounted first video, you first create a free account. The account form collects your full name, email address, phone number, and a password (all required), and optionally your brokerage and which offer you are interested in. We never store your password itself: we store only a salted, one-way hash of it (scrypt), and it is never included in any email, log, or consent record. After you sign up we email you a confirmation with your account details and your contact choices, with a copy to our own inbox. We use them to set up your account, check offer eligibility (for example, one offer per agent or brokerage), deliver your sample or discount, and contact you as you allow below.
Your contact choices and our consent records
Our forms have three separate, optional boxes: one for calls (including AI-generated voice calls), one for text messages, and one for email. Each starts unchecked. Consent is not required to create an account, get a sample or a discount, or buy anything.
When you submit a form, we keep a consent record with, for each channel: whether you checked the box (yes or no), the exact wording shown next to it, the date and time with time zone, the page address, the form name and version, your IP address, and your browser’s user agent (the browser and device type it reports). We keep it to show what you agreed to and to honor your choices. It is emailed to our own inbox and added to our consent log, which is stored with our website host (Netlify) and is not shared with anyone else. We keep consent records for 5 years from your last contact with us, and opt-out records permanently so we keep honoring them.
Your phone number and text opt-in are never shared
We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number, your text message opt-in, or your consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The service-provider sharing described below excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you check the optional text-message box on our form, or otherwise agree, OnIt Video Tours may send you text messages through the OnIt Video Tours Client Updates program about your account or video order, such as confirming your sign-up, sending your script and captions draft for approval, delivery notices for your video, and revision updates. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
- Message frequency varies (up to [X] messages per week) based on your inquiry.
- Msg & data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts unless you opt in again.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at admin@onitoffers.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
If you give us your email address, we will email you about your inquiry. If you checked the optional email box, we may also send marketing emails about our services, which may be AI-generated. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. You can also email admin@onitoffers.com to stop emails. We may still send messages directly about a request or job you have with us.
Calls, AI voice assistant, and recording
When you call OnIt Video Tours or we call you back about your sign-up or video order, the call may be answered or made by OnIt Video Tours’s virtual assistant, an AI voice assistant, and may use automated technology or prerecorded or artificial voice messages. The assistant tells you it is an AI and will always say so if you ask. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we get your details right, and a member of our team follows up personally. If you checked the optional calls box on our form, we may call you using an AI voice assistant, prerecorded or artificial voice, or automated technology about your inquiry. You can tell us at any time to stop calling you, and we will add your number to our internal do-not-call list.
Who we share information with
How our form works. When you submit our form, our own website form handler sends your submission directly to our email inbox at admin@onitoffers.com. It runs on our website host, Netlify, and sends the email through our own Google Workspace email account. We do not use a third-party form processor or form service.
We disclose personal information only to service providers that help us run our business, under contracts or terms that limit their use of it to providing services to us:
- Our website hosting provider, Netlify (netlify.com), which hosts and delivers this website and runs our own form handler (the small program that receives your form and emails it to us).
- Google Workspace (Google), which hosts our business email at admin@onitoffers.com. Our form handler sends your form submission through our Google Workspace email account directly to our inbox at admin@onitoffers.com.
- Our future calling, text messaging, email-sending, and AI voice providers [CALLING / SMS / EMAIL / AI VOICE PROVIDER(S) TBC], which carry calls, texts, and emails and provide the AI voice assistant, recordings, and transcripts.
We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, our customers, or others. None of this sharing includes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which is never shared with third parties.
How to opt out of calls, texts, and emails
- Texts: reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Every text program message tells you how. Msg and data rates may apply; message frequency varies.
- Email: click the unsubscribe link that is in every email we send, or email admin@onitoffers.com.
- Calls: say “stop” or ask to be removed during any call (including to our AI assistant), or email us, and we will add you to our internal do-not-call list. Every call tells you how.
- Opt-out page: use our opt-out page to stop calls, texts, email, or all three.
- Any reasonable way: you may revoke consent at any time by any reasonable means, including by telling us in person, by phone, by text, or by email at admin@onitoffers.com. We will honor it promptly and within the time the law requires.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, “CCPA”), gives you the rights below. We honor them as described here.
DRAFT NOTE (attorney). CCPA thresholds may not apply to a business of our size. This policy honors the rights voluntarily. Attorney to confirm, including whether any OnIt entity that sells leads (OnIt SELLERS or BMS) changes the analysis.
The CCPA applies to businesses that meet certain size or data thresholds. OnIt Video Tours may not be required to comply, but we voluntarily honor these rights for all consumers who ask, wherever they live.
- Right to know and access. You may ask what personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the purposes, the categories of third parties we disclose it to, and for a copy of the specific pieces of personal information we hold.
- Right to delete. You may ask us to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions (for example, we keep a record of your opt-out so we can honor it).
- Right to correct. You may ask us to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing. You may opt out of the sale of your personal information or its sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell or share it (see Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information).
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information, so there is nothing to limit.
- Right to non-discrimination. We will not deny you services, charge a different price, or give you a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right. We do not offer financial incentives for personal information.
How to submit a request
- Email: admin@onitoffers.com with the subject “Privacy request.”
- Toll-free phone: [TOLL-FREE NUMBER TBC]
DRAFT NOTE. The CCPA generally requires two request methods, including a toll-free number. A toll-free number is still needed before launch.
Verification. To protect your information, we verify requests by matching details you give us (such as your name, phone number, and email address) with information we already hold, and we may contact you at that phone number or email to confirm. We ask for more proof only when needed for sensitive requests, and we use it only to verify you. Requests to opt out of sale or sharing do not need verification.
Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you. We may ask the agent for your signed written permission (or a valid power of attorney) and ask you to verify your identity directly with us.
Response time. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need more time (up to 45 more days), we will tell you why. Responses to requests to know cover at least the 12 months before your request. If we deny a request, we will explain why, and you may appeal by replying to our response.
Global Privacy Control. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser and any information associated with it.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
OnIt Video Tours does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and has not done so in the past 12 months. This website runs no advertising pixels, analytics trackers, or tracking cookies. You do not need to do anything to opt out. If you still want to record an opt-out request, or if our practices ever change, email admin@onitoffers.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share,” call [TOLL-FREE NUMBER TBC], or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. We will honor the request without asking you to verify your identity.
Other state privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including New Jersey, you may have similar rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to know, access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, or profiling. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising or profiling. To make a request, use the methods in How to submit a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry (lead) information for 3 years from your last contact with us. If you become a customer, we keep customer and contract files for at least 6 years after the job finishes or the sale closes. We keep records of your consent for 5 years from your last contact with us so we can show what you agreed to. We keep opt-out requests (STOP, unsubscribe, and do-not-call requests) permanently so we continue to honor your choices. Call recordings, if any, are kept for 5 years from your last contact with us. When these periods end, we securely delete or destroy the information. We do not use a third-party form service: our own form handler emails each submission directly to our inbox at admin@onitoffers.com, and those lead emails (which include your consent details, IP address, and browser type), together with our consent log stored with Netlify, are our record and are kept and deleted on the schedule above. Our email provider, Google Workspace, stores those emails in our mailbox and does not apply a separate fixed retention period; they stay until we delete them under this schedule. Our website host, Netlify, which also runs our form handler, keeps its system logs online for 90 days and offline for 1 year, and shows request and function logs in our account only short-term (about 24 hours to 7 days, depending on plan).
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, such as encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. If we make material changes to how we use your phone number, email, or consent, we will ask for your consent again where required.
